We are a transport service provider (employee transport) at present having a fleet of altogether 540 vehicles comprising of owned and outsources vehicles. From the last 8 years we are into this business of rendering services of various type of vehicles such as Tata Indica, Tavera, Innova, Scorpio & Swift Dzire as well.
Our Annual turnover is INR. 12.00 crores approx. We observe all necessary regulations / norms prescribed under statue / authorities meant for such industry and follow it up scrupulously to provide good service to our clients. We always have extra drivers and vehicles as a source of backup or any emergency requirement.
We have adequate manpower i.e. Operations Managers, Account Executives, Site Incharges, MIS Co-Ordinators, & Supervisors (trackers and droppers). At present we have our services based in Malad (W), Goregaon (W), Jogeshwari (E), Powai, L&T, Andheri (E), Lower Parel, Kandivali (W), Sion, Chembur, Thane and Churchgate.
All our drivers are screened through before they are recruited by our company. We make sure that the drivers have at least 3 years driving experience.
The drivers are well versed with all the RTO current rules and regulations. Proper training is provided to all the drivers in terms of safety, cleanliness and how to tackle emergency situations.
We conduct a background check on all the drivers i.e. Police Check, Medical Check (every year). We have engaged well versed Labour Law Consultant for due compliance of various statutory provisions prevailing for the business. Every month we conduct a evaluation on the basis of drivers performance for which they are rewarded with good monetary incentives. We also carry a very low attrition rate as we have a special team to tackle day to day employees problem. At present having a fleet of altogether 560 vehicles comprising of owned and outsourced vehicles. At present we have 30% owned and 70% outsourced vehicles. On an average, age of the vehicles in our fleet is less than 3 years. Our company is capable of handling an increase in fleet requirement as per your operations.
