All our drivers are screened through before they are recruited by our company. We make sure that the drivers have at least 3 years driving experience. The drivers are well versed with all the RTO current rules and regulations.

Proper training is provided to all the drivers in terms of safety, cleanliness and how to tackle emergency situations. We conduct a background check on all the drivers i.e. Police Check, Medical Check (every year).

 

We have engaged well versed Labour Law Consultant for due compliance of various statutory provisions prevailing for the business. Every month we conduct a evaluation on the basis of drivers performance for which they are rewarded with good monetary incentives.

 

We also carry a very low attrition rate as we have a special team to tackle day to day employees problem. Nearly 600 employees in our company. (Drivers and Management Team). All of our drivers are properly dressed in uniform while on duty.
